The studio located at 737 Lincoln Avenue, Steamboat Springs, Colorado has continuously operated in the same location for 35 years. Services include HDR architectural and property management photography charged by the number of bedrooms. The list of clients includes Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Steamboat Resorts, Mountain Resorts, Resort Lodging Company, Resort Quest, Coldwell Banker, Colorado West Real Estate, Sotheby's International Realty, Colorado Group Realty, Re/Max Partners and Steamboat Village Brokers.
HDR photography for property management and real estate listings includes the session time, color corrections, minor touch ups and also dodging and burning for light balance. Product and portrait photography is available on location or at the737 Lincoln Ave studio. Images are burned to a DVD, uploaded to DropBox or any ftp site and media storage provided by the client.
For critical lighting needs, portable studio strobes are available at an additional charge. RAW format images are encouraged. Every corner of the room is well lit and includes the gorgeous views. Detail photos of bathroom, kitchen, living room, and bedroom features show high end quality.
